Co-Founder
Yash Shah, is a first and second-generation entrepreneur, MD of real estate excellence True Value Group, and also the Co-Founder of The Address - Gujarat’s largest Tier-2 focused coworking, serviced, and managed office space.
He is an avid angel investor and has 15+ startups in his portfolio. He has helped various companies attain their desired targets through his expertise which gave him a first-hand experience of the startup ecosystem and thereafter co-founded Disruptium to tackle the inherent challenges of early-stage startups.
He has also been featured in Forbes, Realty+, YourStory, Times of India and has various awards, accolades, and features.

Ishit Desai, a Chemical Engineer by profession who later on went ahead and did his MBA from NMIMS specializing in Finance which led him to start his tryst with the world of investments.
At the Urmin family office, he started in an M&A role but got to prove his expertise in identifying the right business and was able to build a strong framework that ensured that the family office saw a stellar return on their investments.
In 2021, other than Disruptium he also co-founded Altvest – a platform for Venture Capital & Private Equity Funds for better diversification, capital growth, and exploring strategic opportunities.

Kapil is a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of work experience building and growing businesses & markets across the globe.He held several senior level positions in startups like Uber, Gojek
TaxiForSure, Toyota, Housejoy and Yum! Brands. As an ex-entrepreneur he also founded and successfully exited an asset-heavy car rental startup in India. Kapil did his executive MBA from INSEAD, MBA from SP Jain and is an IT graduate from University of Pune.
