Do you help with networking and knowledge building for Investors on your platform?

We organize a number of networking and knowledge sharing events for the angel investors on the platform to exchange learnings, also to take suggestions and feedback for improvement.

Disruptium members, when investing in an opportunity, will also be able to mentor and guide the company at strategic / operational levels based on their expert areas and availability to do so.

We are sector agnostic and will work on deals across industries and sectors. At Disruptium, access to high-quality mentor network and domain experts gives us a strong edge in understanding a potential opportunity in great detail.

What is the shortlisting process for bringing a deal on the platform?

We look at a very large number of start-up investment opportunities, only a handful of them make it to the platform. All the opportunities go through the process of analyzing the market & opportunity, 1v1 pitch sessions, valuation & rights negotiations, due diligence etc.

How do you get access to deal flow?

The Founders over the years have built great relationships with ex-founders, angel networks, seed stage VC funds, super angels and educational institution entrepreneurship cells. We have a dedicated team focused on ensuring access to high quality deal flow from various sources.

What do you have to offer for investors?

Disruptium provides angel investors, syndicates and family offices with well curated early stage start-up investment opportunities and assists them with end-to-end investment process including deal flow, deal structure, negotiations, investment documentation and exits.
